About the Company

The company PK TENDER, a.s. (Inc.) was founded in 1998 and in 1999 it markedly increased its activities in the branch of metal-working industry and sheets working.

At the present time the company has got its own production plants in Mníšek pod Brdy in the area of ÚVR. Our staffs work in two workshifts but everything is prepared for extension to continuous day-and-night cycle in case of need.

Among our workmates you can find skilled experts and the best of them are looking after the running of the plant. Every week 8 - 10 tonnes of staples leave our factory, produced persuant to drawing technical documentation and individual requirements of our customers. We are able to process technical and drawing documentation in diferent computer formats.

Press Workshop

We have experience with cooperation with foreign partners which we are going to extend and to improve its quality in the future. Today 90 % of our products are determined for export to European countries as are Germany, the Netherlands and Austria. Our company is preparing certification in the ISO-norm. At present we cooperate with German and Netherlandish companies for which we provide also a part of their production.

Trolley Crane Hall

The main activity of our company is processing - stamping of metal plates of gauge 0,5 - 8 mm (in panels, rolls and bands), bending, stamping, coiling, roll bending, punching, coining etc. Everything is performed on eccentric presses with pressure force 10 till 250 tonnes. The workshop is equiped with trolley crane with lifting power 5 tonnes and with table shears. We perform TIG-MIG welding (Fronius welders) as well as welding on semi-automatic welding machines NC in 1 till 2 axes.
