Truck Chassis Components:

At present the company PK TENDER, a.s. is producing components for foreign customers from Netherlands. The components are moulded from special plates QSTE 690 (S700 MC) in our producing which are imported from Sweden and according to our informations we are the only manufacturer in Czech Republic who fabricates metal sheets of gauge 2 mm. After basic moulding the surface finish by zinc coating is provided by our subcontractor and then they come back to our production plant to final forming.

EXPORT GERMANY
Steel Core of Filters and Their Accessories:

The company PK TENDER, a.s. is working in cooperation on delivery of cores to liquid filters of German customer. The cores are made of perforated sheets, formed by pressing and welded in shielding gas. Some components are according to customer's wish provided with covering surface of zinc and tinny. The unique know-how of the company consists in solving of roundness guaranty at core profiles.

COOPERATION FOR EXPORT TO THE USA
Components for Holders to Reproboxes:

Production of presswork made of deep-drawing sheet within the cooperation for export of final product to the USA. The high technology of the producing consists in technical solving of material drawing in two directions on a hydraulic press with lower holding-down.
